Unified Collaboration is a set of products that provides a consistent unified user-interface and user-experience across multiple devices and media-types.

    • Byteworks provides full management services for all core UC infrastructure – devices, applications (e.g. call manager, call center, unity, etc.,)
    • Byteworks will not manage phones, end- users, agents and mailboxes
    • Byteworks provides professional services to handle related add-on activities.
  • Advanced Systems – Includes all of Core offering plus all UC endpoints.
    • Byteworks provides full management services for all core UC infrastructure – devices, applications (e.g. call manager, call center, unity, etc.,)
